      can be quite a trying experience. Let us be there to help you make your
      move the most hassle free that it can be.
      
        
          
            CORPORATE RELOCATION
              
                - Transfer letter from your company stating you are
                  relocating.
                
 - Complete copy of your relocation agreement or a letter
                  stating what items your company is paying.
                
 - If you have sold your home we will need the fully
                  executed contract on the sale. If your company is buying your
                  old home, we will need a fully executed buy out agreement. We
                  will need the settlement statement to show how much money you
                  netted.
                
 - If your company gives you an advance for the move, we
                  need complete documentation, such as a copy of the check and a
                  deposit slip.

            |  MILITARY RELOCATION
                
               
                - 1998 & 1999 W-2's
                
 - Recent LES
                
 - Copies of your last 3 months' statements of bank,
                  investment or stock accounts
                
 - Copy of your orders
                
 - Offbase housing card 
                
 - Original Certificate of Eligibility
                
 - Copy of statement of service from commanding officer
                
 - If you are leasing your home or other properties, we will
                  need lease agreements.
                
 - If you are selling your current home, we will need a
                  sales contract and the settlement statement as soon as you
                  close.
